Developed for extreme conditions in motorsports, our “Motorsport (MS)” product series meets the highest requirements for material quality, freedom from play, and durability. Whether in professional racing, ambitious vehicle construction, or dynamically stressed assemblies, our maintenance-free MS rod ends and spherical bearings are designed for maximum performance.

- Housing: Forged from high-strength 42CrMo4 tempered steel, polished and high-gloss nickel-plated. For extreme load capacity and corrosion protection.
- Inner ring: Made of hardened 100Cr6 bearing steel, ground and hard chrome-plated. For precise bearing movement under high loads.
- Bearing clearance: Preloaded bearing seat for absolute zero play.
- Bearing shell: Available in either 1.4571 stainless steel with bonded PTFE liner or 45S20 high-performance zinc-plated steel. Thread options: Internal and external threads, right- and left-hand threads, coarse and fine threads. Also available with a pre-mounted threaded stud upon request.
All MS rod ends and spherical plain bearings are available in standard sizes directly from stock. We are happy to supply inch dimensions upon request.
For the "Motorsport (MS)" product series, matching locking nuts, seals, rubber protective caps, and reducing sleeves are available.
