Whether special geometries, unique material combinations, or requirements for extreme environmental conditions – our experienced development team works with you to develop the optimal solution. The design process is carried out in close consultation with our customers and is fully digital, based on state-of-the-art 3D CAD technology. Upon request, we can also integrate your installation situation, existing assemblies, or standard interfaces directly into the development process.

For the production of FLUROselect parts, we work closely with Martin Höhn GmbH. The company boasts a state-of-the-art machine park that combines CNC turning, milling, grinding, assembly, and measurement technology at the highest level. Thanks to their high level of vertical integration, flexible capacities, and fast response times, even complex custom solutions can be implemented promptly, from prototypes to series production.

Depending on the application, a wide variety of materials are available, including tool and heat-treatable steels, stainless steels, high-performance plastics, and corrosion- or temperature-resistant alloys. Surface finishes such as hard chrome plating, nickel coatings, phosphating, or PTFE coatings provide additional functionality and service life.
