Rosenfeld Live 2025: FLURO and HÖHN opened their doors and offered the numerous visitors exciting insights into the production and a great program.
Looking back: Rosenfeld Live 2025 – A weekend that connects people

On May 17 and 18, 2025, the companies FLURO and HÖHN opened their doors for the fifth edition of Rosenfeld Live. In bright sunshine, numerous visitors took the opportunity to look behind the scenes of both companies and enjoy a diverse program. Siemensstrasse 13 in Rosenfeld was transformed into a lively meeting point for technology enthusiasts, families, and interested guests.

A look behind the scenes

A special highlight was the company presentations with Managing Director Reiner Höhn, who, together with Head of Human Resources Sarah Scherer, gave guests fascinating insights into the production processes and corporate philosophy of FLURO and HÖHN. The presentations were met with great interest—especially the opportunity to individually engrave a self-made souvenir on site excited many participants. The supporting program left nothing to be desired: the race car simulator from Rennschmiede Pforzheim attracted motorsport fans, while the excavator challenge called for skill and precision. The football-darts activity, particularly popular with younger guests, provided sporting entertainment.

Culinary delights and socializing

A food truck served freshly prepared burgers, curly fries, and churros, while an ice cream van offered a refreshing treat. The cocktail bar invited visitors to relax with refreshing summer drinks and created a chilled atmosphere. On Sunday, the day began with a traditional Weißwurst breakfast accompanied by lively brass music from Tanzlmusi, providing an authentic Bavarian flair. The smallest guests were not forgotten: face painting for children resulted in creative works of art that delighted both young and old.

A successful event with great feedback

“Rosenfeld Live shows how strong industry and crafts are represented in Rosenfeld. The direct exchange with visitors and the great interest in our projects has once again confirmed how important transparency and proximity are for us as a medium-sized company in the region,” emphasized Managing Director Reiner Höhn at the end of the event. The feedback from guests was consistently positive. Many praised the varied insights and the family-like atmosphere on the company premises. “It was impressive to see how modern the work here is—and all in our region,” noted a visitor from Dotternhausen.

The event also provided an opportunity to learn about training opportunities and career entry options at FLURO and HÖHN. Many guests took the chance to get to know the companies and their projects in personal conversations.

A special thank you goes to our dedicated employees who actively supported the event and made it such a great success. Characterized by engaging encounters, an enthusiastic atmosphere, and positive exchanges, we are already looking forward to the next edition in 2028.
