FLURO welcomes sales representatives to the get-together beginning of the year

Constructive, enriching and connecting - our representatives conference was once again a successful start to the year for FLURO and an important milestone in our cooperation with the sales representatives.

At the beginning of the year, we traditionally invite our sales representatives from all over Germany to come to us to Rosenfeld. We are using this opportunity not only to look back on the past business year, but also to set the course for the future. During the two days we had the opportunity to celebrate special successes - from new customers to milestones achieved in product development. At the same time, we looked intensively at the current market and growth opportunities and worked together to develop measures on how we can make the partnership even more effective.

Another focus of the conference was the formulation of our common goals for 2025: How can we further expand our market position? Which innovations and trends could support us here? How can we serve the needs of our customers even better? Such questions were examined in open discussions, which resulted in many valuable impulses.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of our new product group “Rotation masters” – ball-bearing rod ends that set a new benchmark in the industry with their quality and performance. The feedback from our partners on the market launch was extremely positive and initial approaches to successful rollout on the market have already been developed.

With a clear roadmap, mutual trust, and new ideas, we are starting the year 2025 highly motivated. Together with our sales representatives, we look forward to tackling the next challenges and inspiring our customers with outstanding solutions.
