Aviation and Aerospace
Precision components for the aerospace industry are subject to extremely high technical and regulatory requirements.
They demand maximum tensile and compressive strength, absolute reliability under varying loads, and permanently high corrosion resistance, even under extreme external influences. At the same time, lightweight design concepts play a central role in material selection and construction.
FLURO has many years of experience in machining demanding materials for aerospace applications. These include stainless steels, aerospace steels, titanium, and high-strength aluminum alloys. Our manufacturing processes are consistently geared towards precision, repeatability, and process reliability.
Our machining expertise is supplemented by a close network of qualified partners, including some NADCAP-certified suppliers for surface finishing processes such as passivation, anodizing, cadmium plating, and painting in accordance with common aerospace standards. This ensures that components are not only manufactured to precise geometries, but also in compliance with standards and with long-term durability.
In addition to single-part production, we also handle the assembly of small subassemblies. This expands our range of services, allowing us to act as a reliable partner for ready-to-install precision parts and assemblies in the aerospace sector.
Our product portfolio includes, among other things, fasteners such as fork ends, rod ends, rod bodies, as well as customer-specific precision parts. These are used, for example, in flaps, stability elements, seat adjustments, or luggage compartments. As a result, we serve applications in commercial aviation, private aircraft, helicopters, and the space industry.
FLURO acts not only as a manufacturer and distributor, but as a technical problem solver. Together with our customers, we develop customized solutions and coordinated processes – from material selection and manufacturing to the ready-to-assemble component.
